Control optional measurement and embeds.

Checking your saved preference... BuzzBoost stores this choice in a first-party cookie plus matching local storage for up to 180 days. If you change a previous yes into a no, refresh the page once so any already-loaded optional content is cleared from the current session.

Measurement

consent-aware Google measurement

Google Tag Manager loads immediately in consent mode when configured. This choice controls whether analytics storage can move from denied to granted for GA4-style measurement on this browser. Ad-related storage stays denied in the current setup.

Blocked

Embedded Content

embedded Google Maps content

The Google Map on the contact page stays blocked until this category is allowed. Without consent, the page still shows the location details and contact routes without loading the third-party embed.

Blocked

Consent Record

First-party preference cookie plus matching local storage, kept for up to 180 days unless cleared sooner.

01

What this page covers

BuzzBoost keeps the public site lean. There is no account area and optional Google services stay controlled by consent choices.

  • Essential consent storage used to remember your choice.
  • Google Tag Manager loading immediately in consent mode when configured.
  • Google Maps on the contact page only after embedded content has been allowed.
02

Essential consent storage

The essential consent record is used to remember your choice. It does not track you across other websites and it is not used for advertising.

  • Purpose: remember your optional-service choice
  • Type: first-party preference cookie and local storage
  • Duration: up to 180 days unless cleared earlier

This record is there so the consent banner does not reappear on every page load and so optional services stay aligned with the choice you made.

03

Optional analytics and tags

If a GTM container ID has been configured for the environment, BuzzBoost loads Google Tag Manager immediately in consent mode. The default Google consent state starts denied for analytics and ad-related storage before those tags can use consent.

Allowing measurement updates Google consent on the same page so analytics storage can move from denied to granted for GA4-style measurement. In the current setup, ad-related storage remains denied.

If no GTM container is configured for the environment, optional measurement remains inactive even after consent.

04

Embedded third-party content

The contact page includes a Google Maps embed. That map is blocked until embedded content is allowed. Once loaded, Google may receive technical request data and may set its own cookies under its own policies.

Rejecting embedded content keeps the map blocked and the site will continue to work without it.

05

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can accept or reject all optional services from the banner when it appears, or update measurement and embedded-content choices separately below on this page.

You can also clear browser storage manually. If you switch from yes to no after optional content has already loaded, refresh the page once to fully remove that content from the current session.
