Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These terms cover your use of buzzboost.co.uk. Please read them before using the site. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms are not our client agreement

These terms govern the website only. They are not a replacement for the proposals, service agreements and care plans we agree separately with clients. Where we have a signed proposal, service agreement or care plan with you, that document governs the work we do for you, and it takes precedence over anything on this page for the services it covers.

Who we are

This website is operated by BUZZBOOST DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15960977, whose registered office is 26 Northview Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 9NG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@buzzboost.co.uk, or by post at the registered office above.

Using this website

You are welcome to look around the site, read what is here, and use it to get in touch with us. You may print or download extracts for your own reference, as long as you do not change them and you keep any credit to us.

Please do not use the website in a way that breaks the law, interferes with how it works, or affects anyone else’s use of it. In particular, please do not try to gain access to parts of the site, or to the server it sits on, that are not open to you; introduce anything harmful, such as malware; scrape or harvest content or contact details in bulk; use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading; or copy the site’s design, code or content to build something that passes itself off as ours.

If someone uses the site in one of those ways, we may block access to it from that source.

Our content and who owns it

Unless we say otherwise, the text, design, layout, code, graphics, photography and other material on this website belong to us or are used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may not republish, sell, rent or otherwise exploit any of it commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos, trade marks and project imagery shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and are used to illustrate work we have carried out. If you hold rights in anything shown here and would like it removed, email support@buzzboost.co.uk and we will take it down.

Links to other websites

Where we link to another organisation’s website — a client’s site, a tool we use, or our own Client Portal at ops.buzzboost.co.uk — we do so for information. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy notices apply once you leave this site.

You are welcome to link to our home page, as long as you do so fairly and in a way that does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may ask you to remove a link, and if we do, please remove it.

Making an enquiry

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract for services. The enquiry forms on this site are an invitation for you to get in touch, and nothing on the site is an offer we are bound to accept. When you send an enquiry we will read it and reply. If we go on to work together, the work will be set out in a separate proposal, service agreement or care plan, and a contract is formed when that document is agreed — not when you press send here.

Please only send us information you are comfortable sharing at this stage, and do not send confidential material or anyone else’s personal information through the enquiry forms. What we do with the details you give us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Information on this website

The content here is general information about us and about marketing, design and technology. It is not advice for your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as though it were. Case studies and examples describe work we have carried out for particular clients in particular circumstances; they are not a promise of the same outcome for anyone else.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights, and you always keep the rights the law gives you.

Beyond that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for loss you suffer because you relied on general information on this website rather than on advice given for your situation. This website is provided for general information, so we do not accept responsibility for business losses — lost profit, lost revenue, lost business or lost data — arising from your use of the site itself.

Our responsibility for work we carry out for clients is dealt with in the proposal, service agreement or care plan for that work, not here.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies this site uses and how to change your choices. Both form part of your use of this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if the website changes or the law does. The version published here applies to your use of the site, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.

Applicable law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Nothing here affects any right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be set aside by agreement.
