The challenge
Lighthouse IT is an established IT support and cyber security provider with offices in Leigh-on-Sea, London and the Midlands. Its clients rely on it for their websites as well as their IT.
It needed dependable website capacity it could offer under its own name — keeping client sites maintained, secure and moving, and scoping new work — without building an in-house web team.
What we did
BuzzBoost works as Lighthouse IT’s white-label website team on a monthly allocation of hours. Work arrives through Lighthouse, is delivered under its name, and is logged per client and per task, with a monthly breakdown so Lighthouse can see exactly where the time has gone.
Day to day, that covers amendments and content updates, troubleshooting and site recovery, security monitoring and vulnerability fixes, backups and migrations, DNS and form checks, and server and deployment set-up.
When a client needs more than routine support, we prepare website scopes for Lighthouse to present under its own brand.
