The challenge
Lighthouse IT provides IT support and cyber security to businesses, from offices in Leigh-on-Sea, London and the Midlands. Its services also cover AI, professional services, business intelligence and websites.
Its clients rely on it for their websites as well as their IT, so it needed dependable web capacity that it could offer under its own name.
What we did
We work with Lighthouse IT as an ongoing partner across the websites it looks after. Work arrives through Lighthouse, is delivered under its name and is logged per task, with a monthly breakdown of where the time has gone.
The partnership covers three kinds of work: website management (updates, security monitoring and fixes, backups, migrations and recovery), web design for new pages and redesigns, and development, from new features to server and deployment set-up.
