The challenge
Volition is a UK recruitment firm that helps financial markets technology and data businesses hire across sales, presales, professional services, product and engineering.
Its previous website ran on Wix. Volition wanted a site that explained a specialist proposition clearly and gave hiring firms and candidates each an obvious next step.
What we did
We designed and built the new Volition website and continue to maintain it.
The homepage opens with two first steps: “Find your next hire” for clients and “Upload CV” for candidates. Services sets out four ways to work with Volition — contingent, retained, build and talent advisory — in a tabbed panel, and Our Specialisms gives each area its own card with an Upload CV button.
Supporting pages cover the company, insights and a partner programme, and the Contact page combines an enquiry form with CV upload.
